Job description
VAL-CO in Coldwater, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Utility Associate to join our facilities team. The role focuses on general building maintenance, site upkeep, and supporting daily operations within a busy agricultural equipment environment.
You will perform pickups and deliveries, assist with lawn and landscape tasks, snow removal, and collaborate with supervisors and co-workers. Candidates must be able to lift 50–70 lbs, complete forklift training on hire, and work in all weather conditions.
