Express Employment Professionals of Albany, NY has teamed up with a local student living facility to help them find a new Janitor/Maintenance Worker. If you are a hard worker with great attention to detail and previous experience working as a Maintenance Technician, apply today!
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Occasional evening and weekend work
Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas, hallways, and stairwells
Clean restrooms and locker rooms, including restocking supplies
Empty trash and recycling bins
Dust furniture and fixtures
Move furniture as needed
Clean windows and mirrors
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains
Experience Required: Previous cleaning or maintenance experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
