Janitor/Maintenance WorkerExpress Employment Professionals of Albany, NY has teamed up with a local student living facility to help them find a new Janitor/Maintenance Worker. If you are a hard worker with great attention to detail and previous experience working as a Maintenance Technician, apply today!Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourWork Schedule:Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMOccasional evening and weekend workResponsibilities:Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas, hallways, and stairwellsClean restrooms and locker rooms, including restocking suppliesEmpty trash and recycling binsDust furniture and fixturesMove furniture as neededClean windows and mirrorsPerform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drainsExperience Required:Previous cleaning or maintenance experienceAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsEducation Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentAt Express Employment Professionals we will assess your skills, offer you interview and résumé writing tips, and work with you to find a job that fits your needs and abilities.
