About the Job
Pay Rate: $17 - $18 DOE
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
Forklift experience / certification.
Crane operation experience.
General knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.
Support maintenance and shop operations.
Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
Work under a structured mentor program until qualified to perform assigned duties independently.
Participate in company-provided training and certifications.
Maintain high standards of attendance, performance, and safety compliance.
Physically demanding role requiring employees to work in active shop and oilfield-support environments.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of work experience.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Stable employment history.
