Pay: $29.60 per hour
Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Vary

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for accomplishing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings, assisting with technical trades such as electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, electrical outlets, thermostats, breakers and/or fuses.
Repair washers and dryers as necessary, recommend contracted assistance when on-center repair is not possible.
Maintain and preserve all flooring and/or converting by scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing and seeping.
Perform maintenance and repair to structures and systems throughout the center.
Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
Install window shades or coverings and security locks.
Supervise assigned students assigned to the maintenance department.
Education and Experience Requirements:
HSD or equivalent; technical training in maintenance repair required.
2 years related experience required.
A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
