Our company is growing, and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and properties in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our properties and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks Inspect and oversee landscaping, snow plowing, and keeping all properties clean Qualifications: • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Over 10 years of maintenance experience Compensation: $58,000
