Job description
Maintenance WorkerWe are seeking a talented Maintenance Worker to join our team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using the carpenter's hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced Carpenter with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety rules and regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentUse blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials neededConstruct wood structures including framing, joists, and raftersInstall fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardwareInteract with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionalsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Carpenter is preferredStrong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurementsAbility to read and take action on blueprintsAbility to safely operate hand and power carpentry toolsKnowledge of building regulations and codesAbility to stand for long periods and lift heavy objectsCompensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourProviding quality staffing and consulting since 2011.
