Maintenance Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Caring Heart Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our 269-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure the facility remains safe and clean
Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment, machines, and fixtures throughout the facility
Perform minor construction and renovation projects as needed
Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other outdoor maintenance tasks
Respond promptly to repair requests from residents and staff
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
