Job description
Encore-Community-Services seeks an Individual and Major Giving Director to partner with the Chief Development & Communications Officer to deploy donor strategies and drive revenue growth. This role leads the Encore Society, builds a donor pipeline, and collaborates with leadership and the board to deepen engagement and fundraising impact.
