Job description
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Donor Relations Director for the Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division. You will manage a caseload of 150 qualified major donors, focusing on gifts of $5,000 and above, with proactive relationship management, strategic communications, and moves management to grow giving.
The role requires leadership in cultivation and solicitation, strong writing and presentation skills, travel readiness, and a commitment to the Army's mission.
