Job description
Penn State seeks a Director of Major Gifts to engage alumni and friends as partners in supporting the College of Health and Human Development. You will identify prospects, articulate needs with DEI in mind, and lead solicitation strategies across regions to secure major gifts.
Reporting to DDAR leadership, the role requires strong relationship-building, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel extensively while advancing Penn State's fundraising goals.
