Job description
Baptist Health is seeking a Development Director to lead the hospital's major gifts fundraising program, including capital, endowment, and sponsorship activities. You will develop cultivation strategies, manage a portfolio of top prospects, collaborate with donors, board members and staff to close gifts, and represent the organization at community events while advancing our mission.
