What You'll Do
As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe, you may:
Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Assist with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Provide meaningful companionship and conversation
Encourage independence and participation in daily activities
Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when applicable
Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs
Follow individualized care plans and company policies
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the SYNERGY HomeCare office
Treat every client with dignity, patience, kindness, and respect
