Are you detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done? As a Make-Ready Technician, you'll play a key role in preparing apartments for new residents at one of our apartment communities in Atlanta, GA —making sure every home is clean, functional, and move-in ready.

What You'll Do:
* Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing painting, cleaning, and repairs.
* Assist with basic maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes.
* Ensure all work is completed on time and up to company standards.
* Report larger maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
* Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in make-ready, general labor, or maintenance preferred.
* Basic skills in painting, repairs, and cleaning.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
* Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
Compensation details: 21-22 Hourly Wage
