We are looking for a hands-on technician who takes real pride in the details, treats every resident and teammate with respect, and does the job right even when no one is watching. Compensation and Benefits
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
On-Call Appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Participation in the on-call rotation

What We Need From You?
Experience with apartment turns, make ready work, maintenance, construction, or related trades
Working knowledge of painting, drywall, carpentry, basic plumbing, and basic electrical repairs
Appliance repair experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and keep turns moving in a high-volume community
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A positive, team-first attitude and a "whatever it takes" mindset

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
