Job description
Buff City Soap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy Makery and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will drive store performance, coach team members, and uphold operational excellence to meet productivity goals.
Responsibilities include daily Makery oversight, coaching, inventory control, sales reporting, and ensuring a clean, professional environment while guiding the team five days per week across a 30–45 hour schedule, with potential for nights and weekends.
