Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededPrepare meals and assist with feeding according to client care plansPerform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errandsMonitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisorsProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesAdminister medication reminders in accordance with care plan guidelinesRequirements:Valid Washington State HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificationMale caregiver preferred to meet specific client care needs and preferencesPrior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferredReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirementsCPR/First Aid certification is a plusAbout Us:A Better Solution in Home Care has been proudly serving families across Washington State with trusted, high-quality in-home care services. Compensation:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
