Male Caregiver Provider Private PayWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Male Caregiver Provider to join our team at St. Joseph's Home Health, Inc. in Midland, Texas. As a Male Caregiver Provider, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients, including personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, and mobility assistance. If you are passionate about making a difference in others' lives and looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eatingRemind clients to take prescribed medication.Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)Assist with personal care and hygienePlan and prepare mealsComplete the client's shopping or accompany them to do so successfullyPerform housekeeping dutiesReport any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyOffer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessaryQualifications:Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skillsAbility to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation every single dayValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekendsPrior Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)Willingness to enforce health and safety standardsSupportive and compassionateHigh School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a CaregiverTake pride in providing high-quality careHoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)Benefits:Competitive PayTeam EnvironmentFlexible SchedulesAbout Us:St. Joseph's Home Health, Inc. is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
