You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.Service area: Southwest Houston, Southeast Houston, Pearland, Meyerland, South Park, Hiram Clarke, Braeswood, Fresno, Manvel, Rosharon, Brookshire/Sealy, Wharton and El Campo. Part-time positions.Responsibilities:CompanionshipLight cooking and cleaningBathing, grooming and toiletingAssistance with ambulation and medication remindersTransportation for appointments and errandsQualifications:CNA or caregiver 1-2 years experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill personsExceptional communication skillsReliable transportation; must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insuranceMust be physically able to perform the duties of this positionHigh school diplomaMature, caring, punctual, and reliablePass a criminal background checkBenefits:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)We provide liability insuranceWe provide flexible schedulesCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
