nAbout the Role:
nBetter And Beyond Family Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male STNA or CNA to join our growing care team in Cleveland, OH. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most, providing hands-on personal care in a supportive and family-centered environment.
nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct personal care to clients including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
nAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
nMonitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
nSupport clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
nMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients
nBuild trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families
nFollow individualized care plans and adhere to all state and agency guidelines
nRequirements:
nValid Ohio STNA or CNA certification required
nMale candidates preferred to meet specific client care needs
nPrevious experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nReliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
nAbility to lift, transfer, and assist clients with physical needs
nMust pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
