Job description
Epstein Becker Green in New York is seeking a managed care associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice. You will provide day-to-day legal advice to health plans, IPAs, providers, and payors, and counsel on coverage, reimbursement, and risk-sharing arrangements.
You will advise on federal and state regulatory compliance, draft and negotiate network and service agreements, and support ACOs and MSSP programs, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and client matters.
