The Opportunity

nAs a Managed Services - Controllership & Accounting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. You will be involved in executing key processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation, all while resolving escalations and queries. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to manage complex client engagements and foster meaningful relationships.

nAs a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Your ability to interpret data and develop insights will be crucial in informing recommendations and driving strategic objectives.

nResponsibilities

nnnExecuting outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and process optimization

nnImplementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards

nnResolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client needs

n

nnUtilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights

n

nnDeveloping and maintaining meaningful client connections to enhance service delivery

n

nnApplying AI fluency and digital tooling to improve process efficiency and innovation

n

nnConducting compliance reviews and contract assessments to uphold professional standards

n

nnCollaborating with teams to manage service levels and deliver excellence in managed services

n

nnReviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate data management

n

nnDocumenting processes and quality assurance metrics to facilitate continuous improvement

n

n nWhat You Must Have

nnnAt least a Bachelor's degree

n

nnAt least 2 years of experience

n

nnnPreference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Marketing

n nThe salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
