Summary
About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst for the Garrison Acquisition Management Office (AMO). Provides guidance, assistance and manages projects and contract services under the control of different managers, multiple-party interests, or those that comply with numerous statutory, regulatory, procedures or restrictions, and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
Prepare statements of work, receive proposals, evaluate business and contract proposals.
Supports Acquisition Management Office with data analysis and reporting.
Prepares and maintains Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), support agreements, and other agreements related to reimbursables and assigned projects

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes, Providing technical advice on contractual matters; Collecting data for Assessment of Contractor Performance; Using an automated system to create program and budget reports;This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
