Management Analyst II(Force Design & Personnel)Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) with headquarters in Oakland, Maryland, is a fast-growing woman owned Small Business and HUBZone company with an outstanding record of performance providing more effective and efficient acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative and security services to multiple federal agencies. The Management Analyst II supports force design and personnel development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Army force structure and manpower requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Force Design Updates (FDUs) in accordance with Army regulationsAnalyze personnel data and recommend workforce solutionsCoordinate with CASCOM and TRADOC stakeholdersMaintain and update force structure data (FMSWeb, IPPS-A)Support Military Occupational Classification System (MOCS) updatesParticipate in planning teams and assessment effortsProduce data visualizations and monthly reporting productsQualificationsActive Secret clearanceBachelor's degree required4+ years of force development experience (AR 71-32)Experience with FMSWeb, IPPS-A, PAMWEB, and MOCS6+ years using Microsoft Office and Adobe ProPreferredExperience in OCS environmentsData visualization and analytics experienceSFS is an equal opportunity employer regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, marital status, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, on-the-job injury, sexual orientation, political affiliation or belief.
