Key Responsibilities
Management Advisory Services: Serves as an Air Force Cl2 and Lessons Learned (LL) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key Black Belt consultant. Performance Management: Maintains awareness of changes in mission requirements and external factors that impact the unit. CPI2 Practitioner and Training: Serves as the Black Belt practitioner, mentor, and trainer responsible for leading complex projects that often cross organizational boundaries.
Innovation Program Management: As the primary innovation consultant, assists the Commander in fostering a culture of innovation in the unit by leveraging innovation methodology to support Airmen in accelerating actionable opportunities to enhance implementation and rapid replication of novel ideas and best practices. Lessons Learned Program Management: Serves as the organizational OPR for all Lessons Learned (LL) activities.
