Experience Preferred: 1+ year of restaurant experience (preferred but not required)

At least 18 years of age

Key Responsibilities of a Jersey Mike's Manager: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks with positivity and accuracy
Operate the POS system, handle cash/credit payments, and calculate change correctly
Lead the team in preparing subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike's standards
Oversee restaurant cleanliness-dining area, kitchen, utensils, and restrooms
Train, schedule, and mentor new team members to build a strong crew
Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational policies
Manage store operations including:
Staffing & scheduling
Food safety and quality
Inventory and stock ordering
Cash handling and financial tracking
Equipment maintenance
Loyalty rewards engagement and growth
