This is a remote position.
Minfy is a bionic organization i.e., we enable a symbiotic relationship between Deep Tech and Human Capabilities. You would be focusing on bringing this vision into reality, through the establishment of enablers and mechanisms to drive cultural transformation. In this role, you work on a variety of fast-paced projects spanning a variety of organizational functions including, Marketing, organizational competency & people readiness, Sales, Alliances, International Expansion, Risk Management, Incubation Teams etc.

The role offers both a big picture strategic view while gaining hands on experience in operational execution. The CEO’s Special Projects Team provides a platform for accelerated career development for individuals prepared to embrace the future. Additionally, they have the opportunity to join Minfy’s FOLD (Forum of Leadership Development) program.

Lead, Streamline & Execute Strategic Initiatives.

Improve Current Processes & Coordinate Organizational Procedures for Optimized Efficiency and Productivity.
Interdepartmental Collaboration with Agility.
Champion People Agenda including Hiring Processes and Role Readiness.
Efficient Coordination between a variety of Internal/External Stakeholders.
Formulate Strategic and Practical Plans.
Execute Strategic Leadership Directives.
Make Simple but Effective Presentations.
Conduct Market Research and Make Reports.
Recommend Solutions and Enablers to Overcome Blockers and Speed Barriers.
Actively Contribute towards Minfy’s Branding Initiatives to all Stakeholders including Customers, Partners and Employees, current & prospective.
