Market Access & Policy Strategy

Leads the development of North America advocacy strategy aligned with business priorities and global policy direction.

Enables market access by aligning regulatory, stewardship, and advocacy approaches.

Develops policy positions, technical justifications, and scientific narratives supporting product safety and value.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

Coordinates closely with global regulatory, stewardship, and advocacy teams to ensure consistency and alignment of positions.

Partners with internal stakeholders including R&D, Commercial, Legal, Communications, and EHS functions.

Provides regional insights to inform global regulatory and advocacy strategies.

Leadership & Development

Takes on increasing leadership responsibilities across advocacy and stewardship initiatives.

Supports strategic planning and long‑term positioning of the product portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Public Policy, Law, or related field).

8–15+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or government affairs within the chemical or related industry.
