As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations of the restaurant while supporting both our team and our guests. Responsibilities include:
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
Coaching employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Leading day-to-day restaurant operations
Managing labor, food, and beverage costs
Maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Resolving guest concerns professionally and effectively
Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Working alongside the General Manager to drive sales, profitability, and team performance
Utilizing POS and restaurant management systems to support efficient operations
