nThe Assurance team delivers independent, objective services that bring transparency and confidence to financial reporting. With deep industry knowledge and a proactive, communicative approach, we help clients navigate complex reporting requirements.
nWhat You Will Do:
nnnManage the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring effective coordination of fieldwork, timely completion of procedures, and adherence to professional standards and client expectations
n
nnDemonstrate a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the identification of discrepancies or risks
n
nnConduct in-depth research on complex accounting and audit matters, apply insights to client engagements, and communicate findings clearly through well-structured written reports
n
nnReview audit workpapers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards and firm policies
n
nnEngage proactively with senior client stakeholders to identify audit risks, offer insights, and implement practical solutions
n
nnDrive client service excellence by setting high standards for responsiveness and quality, fostering long-term relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in client success
n
nnSupport client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development
n
nnMentor and manage assurance professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
n
nnManage resources, budgets, and project workflows to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure the timely, cost-effective delivery of client engagements
n
nnMaintain technical expertise through ongoing Continuing Professional Education (CPE), ensuring compliance and staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes
n
nnRepresent the firm at industry events and networking forums, enhancing brand visibility and cultivating new business opportunities
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
n
nn5+ years of relevant audit experience
n
nnCurrent and valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
n
nnProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
n
nnFlexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings. Travel may include overnight stays.
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnMaster's Degree in related field
n
nnExperience with Caseware software for financial reporting and audit documentation
n
nnPrior experience working with private equity portfolio companies
