Job description
We’re looking for a Manager of Audience Operations Analyst to support media operations and help drive audience-focused initiatives through strong analysis, organization, and cross-functional coordination. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data and process into clear action while supporting a fast-moving team environment.
Responsibilities
Support audience operations activities by organizing requests, tracking deliverables, and helping keep projects moving efficiently.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure audience-related work is aligned with business needs.
Analyze information and help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve audience operations processes.
Assist with documentation, reporting, and communication to support accurate and timely execution.
Coordinate across teams to help maintain smooth workflow and consistent delivery of operational tasks.
Contribute to process improvement efforts and help strengthen overall efficiency within the team.
Skills
Experience in operations, analysis, or a related business support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical thinking and comfort working with data, reporting, or process-oriented tasks.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and support evolving business needs.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience supporting media operations or audience-related workflows.
Familiarity with operational tracking, documentation, or reporting tools.
Experience contributing to process improvements or workflow optimization.
