Razorfish Health (RFH) fuels the practice of modern medicine, operating with 300+ employees across three office locations: New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago and many remote employees. Our focus is on science, technology, and innovation to help health care providers and patients make better connections for better outcomes. RFH has a team of medical professionals including MDs, PharmDs, and PhDs.
The Role
A manager-level Brand Strategy strategist who helps our agency and brand teams demonstrate a deeper understanding of customers (HCP or consumer) through retrieval and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data on insights, media usage, treatment and lifestyle habits, prescribing, referring and general health behaviors. This role translates those experiences into strategic recommendations for clients.
Brand Strategy Team
Brand Strategy is the group the agency relies on for intimate knowledge of the target audience: interests, motivations, information sources, reaction to communications, the journey that leads them to prescribe, recommend, purchase or continue using a product. As the voice of the customer within the agency, the team creates short- and long-term strategies for how target audiences and clients’ brands can best interact.
Responsibilities
Create and evaluate HCP and consumer research, both qualitative and quantitative, and identify interesting patterns from relevant data.
Utilize research learnings to develop insights about target audiences that will inform Creative Briefs and short- and long-term brand strategy.
Help lead the development and creation of Creative Briefs and oversee strategic pull-through of the work.
Help lead the creation and facilitation of workshops.
Create clear and strategic presentations.
Understand how our targets interact with the media universe and leverage that into HCP or consumer strategy.
Work with other Brand Strategists to develop a comprehensive picture of target behavior.

3–6 years of relevant work experience – strategy, research, or agency/product experience (degree in social sciences preferred but not required).
Ideal candidate has experience in healthcare (HCP & consumer) and general agency settings.

Compensation
Annual salary range: $81,225 – $111,100. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and may be adjusted by the Company. Temporary roles may be eligible for specific benefit plans after meeting criteria.
