RequiredBachelor's Degree PreferredWork Experience5 years of relevant experience which must include tow (2) years of leadership experience Required orIn lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience working as a Sterile Processing or Surgical Tech, 2 of which working in a leadership capacity will be considered RequiredExperience with process flow, plant/manufacturing operations, assembly line, and/or sterile processing department PreferredLicenses and CertificationsCentral Service Processing Certification PreferredCertified Operating Room Technician Certification in Sterile Processing Management PreferredPiedmont Augusta Hospital
