Job description

The Table at Madeley is hiring a full-time manager to lead day-to-day venue operations, support a great guest experience, and help our open-air venue run smoothly during concerts, private events, food truck service, and community gatherings.

The Table at Madeley is looking for a full-time manager who brings positive energy, strong leadership, sound judgment, and a guest-first attitude to every shift.

Our venue is a lively open-air gathering place in the heart of Conroe featuring live music, private events, food trucks, community events, and some of the best patio vibes around. You should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, concerts, private events, and high-volume venue nights.

The right fit is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Prior leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, events, or venue operations is preferred, along with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in helping people succeed.

If you love hospitality, live music, community events, and leading a team in a high-energy local venue, we’d love to hear from you.
