Partner with IT/Data and BI teams to automate workflows, build self-service analytics, and prioritize data-driven improvement opportunities

Implement RACI frameworks to define clear roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and process ownership across multiple functions

Track KPIs tied to efficiency gains, audit processes post-implementation to prevent regression, and maintain standardized SOPs and process maps

Drive change management, advise functional leaders on system adoption, and train or mentor staff on Lean Six Sigma tools and value stream mapping

Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

7+ years of professional experience in continuous process improvement, operational excellence, or process automation

Active Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)

Proven track record of auditing, standardizing, and automating manual, inefficient workflows across multiple departments

Strong working knowledge of RACI frameworks, process automation, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change management

Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to build business cases, track KPIs, and quantify performance using DMAIC phases

Nice To Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus

Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
