iWorld Professionals is seeking a Corporate Development Manager – Acquisitions & Strategic Growth. Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and joint venture opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through market research, industry relationships, and outreach. Assess strategic fit, financial performance, valuation, growth potential, and transaction risks. Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions. Coordinate due diligence, including data room management, document review, and follow-up with target companies and internal stakeholders. Support negotiations, transaction documentation, and deal execution in collaboration with leadership, legal counsel, and financial advisors. Partner with finance, operations, sales, and other teams to develop acquisition integration plans. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy. Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and analytical skills. The ability to manage multiple opportunities and coordinate complex projects across teams.
