Position Overview:

nThe Tri-Cities Team Leader plays a critical role in leading and supporting the Title and Escrow operations across the Tri-Cities region, including Benton and Franklin Counties. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. This role partners closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver a high level of service aligned with TitleOne’s standards and values.

nKey Responsibilities:

nnnLead and develop the escrow and title team by fostering a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

n

nnProvide clear expectations, priorities, and direction to ensure consistent performance, quality, and productivity.

n

nnRecruit, interview, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members to support both individual and team success.

n

nnConduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance evaluations, including recommending compensation adjustments when appropriate.

n

nnLead and oversee daily operations of the Tri-Cities escrow and title team, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company standards.

n

nnManage team capacity and workload distribution, including cross-training initiatives and staffing planning.

n

nnCoordinate responsibilities across escrow and title functions to meet deadlines and maintain high service levels.

n

nnEstablish, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for escrow and title operations.

n

nnConduct periodic production meetings and perform regular file audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.

n

nnEnsure adherence to escrow accounting controls, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

n

nnEnsure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including Department of Insurance guidelines and RESPA requirements.

n

nnMaintain a strong understanding of title insurance products, underwriting standards, and title production systems.

n

nnIdentify and recommend improvements to team structure, workflows, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness.

n

nnCollaborate with internal departments and leadership to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

n

nnBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.

n

nnInteract and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of team members, leadership, customers, and external partners.

n

nnPerforms other functions as necessary or as assigned.

n

n nRequired Qualifications:

nnnDemonstrates a business and personal philosophy consistent with TitleOne’s core values and mission.

nnAbility to lead teams, manage performance, and resolve conflicts in a professional and effective manner.

nnStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and variables.

n

nnKnowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.

n

nnStrong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

n

n nPreferred Qualifications:

nnnPrior experience leading escrow and/or title operations teams.

n

nnExperience managing multi-function teams (title and escrow combined operations).

n

nnFamiliarity with TitleOne systems, workflows, and operational standards.
