Position Statement
Responsible f or overseeing all phases of project and engagement management for multiple cases and projects. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing projects and services in litigation support and forensics services, business development, and staff management and development. Works closely with directors and plays a key role in client management, project execution, and strategic business development. Focus on four major initiatives established by the Firm: Profitability, Practice Growth; Client Focus; and Brand Culture/Development.
