nJob Description

nThe fraud landscape is dynamic, and the modus operandi are always evolving, with fraudsters becoming ever more sophisticated and leveraging new technology for committing fraud. At the same time, the advent of Agentic AI and Agentic commerce is driving exciting innovations in the payments space but also creating new attack vectors for fraudsters. Addressing these trends will require rapid and effective decision making, strong collaboration with internal and external partners and a strong external focus to stay plugged in to innovations, new form factors and of course adaptations by fraudsters.

nThe Agentic Commerce Fraud Risk team is looking for an energetic and high-performing Manager to drive innovation in Fraud Strategy and servicing landscape. This exciting and critical position will be responsible for evaluating victim fraud risk and designing mitigation strategies for agentic commerce use cases. The role works very closely with Fraud Risk colleagues around the globe and with enterprise partners including Global Servicing, Labs, Enterprise Digital, Technology, and ensure we are doing it the right way.

nResponsibilities

nnnManage fraud losses for proprietary portfolio for Agentic Commerce

n

nnDesigning victim fraud risk servicing strategies for agentic commerce use cases

n

nnMinimize Unprofitable Fraud Related Disruptions, with specific focus on Fraud Strategy Controls

n

nnAddress Emerging Fraud Trends & Monitor Key Metrics to take Corrective Actions

n

nnConceptualize and implement new variables which would help in reducing approved fraud

n

nnPartner with Global Servicing, Digital Labs, and other teams

n

nnProvide thought leadership for new agentic product integrations

n

nnLead integration of new data sources

n

nnEstablish KPIs and KRIs

n

nnParticipate in new product development discussions as needed

n

nnAddress Emerging Fraud Trends & Monitor Key Metrics to take Corrective Actions

n

n nQualifications

nnnUndergraduate / master’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science

n

nnExperience with data processing tools such as R, SAS, SQL, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is required

n

nnUnderstanding of statistical techniques related to data analysis and correlation

n

nnKnowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plus

n

nnWorking knowledge of fraud landscape and emerging fraud trends in the card space is a plus

n

nnUnderstanding of payment products, emerging technologies and competitive landscape is preferred

n

nnAbility to manage multiple requests and changing priorities and to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

n

nnProven track record of working proactively and independently to solve problems and drive results

n

nnStrong presentation skills to convey data and fraud insights to different stakeholders

n

nnAbility to build collaborative, trusting relationships

n

nnStrong project management and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment

n

nnExperience/knowledge of Agentic Payments/AI preferred

n
