Culver's is Hiring Experienced Restaurant Managers

We are seeking candidates who bring at least 1–2 years of prior food management experience, ideally within the quick-service restaurant industry, to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with confidence and care
Ensure a smooth shift by supervising and coaching team members to meet service and food quality standards
Foster a high-performing, guest-focused team through effective role modeling and hands-on leadership
Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance at all times
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1–2 years of previous food management experience (required)
Experience in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environments (preferred)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
Strong communication and organizational abilities
ServSafe certification (preferred)
A friendly, guest-first attitude and positive energy
