Roosters Men's Grooming Center
Roosters Men's Grooming Center is looking for an experienced barber, stylist, or salon professional who is ready to grow their career, lead a team, and build a strong clientele in a premium men's grooming environment.

Compensation
Guaranteed $15/hour + tips. Plus commission earning potential that allows established barbers and stylists to earn approximately $25–$35+ per hour based on performance and clientele. This is an opportunity to grow your income as you grow your book of business.

What You'll Do
As a Roosters Manager, you won't just manage the salon — you'll help create an environment where both the team and the business can thrive. You'll:
• Provide exceptional men's grooming services behind the chair
• Lead, motivate, and support your team
• Help coach team members toward their individual goals
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Help maintain high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and service
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and salon performance
• Encourage rebooking, client retention, and retail growth
• Help create a positive, professional, and team-focused culture
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
• Has barbering or cosmetology experience
• Holds a current Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology License
• Has strong communication and leadership skills
• Enjoys working with and developing a team
• Understands the importance of excellent customer service
• Is dependable, professional, and motivated
• Wants to continue growing both professionally and financially
Previous management experience is preferred, but we're also interested in experienced professionals who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
