Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to hospital and operational leaders. This role leads an HR Business team and translates business priorities, workforce data, and HR best practices into practical people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, retention, performance management, and organizational change
Lead, develop, and manage the HR Business team
Analyze people metrics and trends to guide decisions and improve workforce stability
Coach leaders, support succession planning, and help resolve complex employee and organizational matters
Partner with HR Centers of Practice to implement programs, services, and strategic initiatives
Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HR policies and requirement
Job Requirements
Applicable Experience: 6-9 years Bachelor's Degree
