We're seeking a Manager, IT Delivery to lead and energize a collaborative team responsible for the technology that supports Vanguard's critical financial operations. This role drives delivery of scalable, reliable solutions across ERP and EPM platforms that support critical financial operations, including accounting, financial close, consolidations, and regulatory reporting.
This role is ideal for a proven people leader who can provide stability, inspire excellence, and drive delivery across a global finance technology ecosystem. You'll shape the future of our Corporate Finance platforms while empowering a team that delivers meaningful business outcomes every day.
Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery and production support for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms supporting enterprise finance functions
* Manage and develop a team of 6 direct reports and 1 contractor, providing coaching, performance management, and leadership direction
* Partner with Corporate Financial Reporting and Controller teams to translate accounting, financial, and reporting needs into scalable technology solutions
