Key Responsibilities
Workforce Management: Lead staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling to build a motivated and passionate team.
Create and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Smoothie King's mission.
Organize shifts to balance team and guest needs effectively.
Learning and Development: Empower team members through tailored training and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
Identify skill gaps and customize ongoing training programs.
Support career progression and internal mobility.
Operational Excellence: Maintain brand standards in food safety, store appearance, and operational tools usage.
Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Sales and Inventory: Optimize product placement, manage inventory, and drive local marketing initiatives.
Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Culture and Team Engagement: Foster a positive, collaborative environment with clear performance expectations and creative recognition programs.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in management position
Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends.
