About This Role
The Manager of the LTC Nursing Unit provides leadership to the nursing care team, ensuring quality care for residents in a Long Term Care facility. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
Provide leadership to the nursing care team 24/7.
Assess resident needs and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Manage operations, including hiring and terminating staff.
Discipline and counsel staff as necessary.
Oversee clinical and skilled nursing activities to ensure quality resident care.
Responsible for quality improvement outcomes and activities of the unit.
Requirements
Education:
Associates degree required. BS - Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Experience:
5 years of experience in a clinical setting required.
1 year of experience in clinical leadership required.
1 year of experience in specific clinical service line of assigned department required.
Licenses & Certifications:
Registered Nurse upon hire required.
