Job description
SharkNinja, headquartered in Needham, MA, is seeking a Manager, Mechanical Design - NPD to lead the front-end of our Motorized product roadmap. You will collaborate with engineering, PD, ID, Brand, and Test Kitchen teams across the US, UK, and China to turn concepts into credible, buildable solutions.
Responsibilities include owning the roadmap front-end, driving rapid prototyping, and mentoring junior team members while maintaining a consumer-centric focus throughout development.
