· Represent Roehm at major trade shows and industry conferences, developing new leads, expanding networks, and positioning the brand as a PMMA market leader.

· Drive cross‑regional collaboration by translating global new product development opportunities and engaging with multinational customers and prospects.

· Provide market intelligence to leadership and partner with technical, commercial, and sales teams to develop impactful product launch strategies.

· Build and maintain a high‑value opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and consistent advancement of growth initiatives.

Salary range $115,100 - $172,700 per year. The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus in addition to base salary.
