Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our senior care facility, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
Monitor and report on facility operations, including budget and financial performance
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior care or related field
