Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP is currently seeking a Manager of Accounting and Finance to join our mid-size firm in our office located in downtown Los Angeles, CA.
The candidate will oversee accounting personnel and ensure a culture of communication, mentoring, and team work within the group, engage in meaningful interaction with staff and the management team, and exhibit leadership skills within the organization such as initiative, dedication to firm, excellence in work, high standards, motivating, and desire to gain more knowledge of the firm.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing existing financial systems, developing and implementing new systems, administering and optimizing the firm's Elite 3E financial platform, managing the law firm's monthly client invoicing process, handling all accounts payable & receivable, ensuring compliance with trust
