As the Manager of Clinical Services, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and vision. This role will be based in our Huntley IL branch and we are offering a $7500 signing bonus to the successful candidate.
QualificationsRequirements & Responsibilities:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time position with on-call responsibilities

The starting salary range for this role is $100,000-$113,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
